David Lester, a veteran real estate professional with more than two decades in the business, saw the need for transaction management software that would reduce liability, streamline documentation activities, and capture every detail in real-time.

Founder & CEO

David is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a BA and a BS in Organizational Psychology and Advertising. When he became active in real estate, he recognized the need for a software platform to help manage the mountains of paperwork associated with each transaction, and founded Sequent Systems. He and his family live in San Francisco.

Jeremy Shoenig

VP Operations & Product

Jeremy’s expertise is in the areas of software product management, application development and operations. He is also a former real estate professional with experience in real estate acquisition, analysis, development, and investments. He is the main driver behind EZ Coordinator, ensuring the product utilizes the latest technology in a platform accessible to everyone from novice to advanced user. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas. Jeremy lives in the heart of San Francisco.

Wendy Lester

VP Client Services

Wendy is active in the buying and selling of real estate as a sales manager for a top-tiered company. She personally uses EZ Coordinator, and its sister product Sequent Enterprise, as effective tools to manage each detail, from the largest to the smallest, of her transactions. She is a graduate of San Diego State University-California State University. She makes her home in San Francisco.
